PULLMAN HANOI, Hanoi – A Smart Stay in the City

The hotel has comfortable beds and especially the pillows, but there is a certain smell in the toilet from time to time probably due to the drainage system. The rooms are a bit dark with not enough lights on the roof at the lobby and hallway to the rooms.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were very nice and comfortable, well laid out, and clean. The staff was incredibly helpful, always with a smile and willing to serve at all times. However, the service seemed a bit dated and in need of a refresh, except for a lovely waitress. The location was average, a bit out of the way for holidaymakers but suitable for business travelers. The dining experience was top-notch, with a wide variety of dishes and drinks, including a sparkling mineral I had never tried before. Overall, it was a good experience with some room for improvement.

The hotel had small and simple designed rooms, and unfortunately, the broken air conditioning made it cold in winter. The bed was hard, and the blanket provided little warmth. However, the service went out of their way to be helpful despite the language barrier, and they were very efficient and effective. The location was slightly far from key attractions and noisy, but it was within walking distance of local amenities. The dining experience offered nice options but was noted to have poor quality dishes.

The hotel is conveniently located, within walking distance to the Old Quarter and close to the Temple of Literature. The rooms are of a good standard, especially those on the executive floor, offering a comfortable stay. However, the inconsistency in service may be a downside, even though the staff is helpful and attentive. The dining options are excellent, catering to diverse dietary needs, but there may be extra charges for some items. Overall, a value-packed stay with a few minor drawbacks.
